My research focuses on understanding the high-resolution dynamics of greenhouse gases (GHGs) over India to quantify regional carbon sources and sinks. Using high-precision continuous observations from Picarro analyzers, tall towers, and satellites. I isolate clean regional background CO2 signal from complex local anthropogenic emissions.

By integrating these refined datasets with the NIES transport model, my work assesses representation, meteorological, and systematic errors within dense observation networks. Ultimately, I use these datasets and error matrices to constrain large-scale regional inversions, employing CO: CO2 relationships as unique tracer constraints to significantly improve the accuracy of regional greenhouse gas flux estimates.
